You ever heard that quote on when life gives us lemons? Yeah you make lemonade,some will choose to peel down will choose to cut.
You see life has a different meaning to everyone,love has a different approach to by everyone.
Ride or die, for life?
This feeling that we claim to understand,this feeling that we claim to give and experience,what exactly is love?That outburst of hormones and wierd tingling sensation in your mind,heart,stomach when you see this one person, love is a feeling that can only be felt by the purest of hearts.
We have turned the definition of love to a transaction, we gamble for love, we betray and destroy for love.
Let’s dig deeper,from personal experience I am not sure I’ve experienced love,maybe coming from my side only,that one sided feel you feel me, I can’t write and fake having been loved and I mean real love from anyone.
Love shouldn’t be painful, actually love should heal. You know, love should build you up,fill you up not control you.
From people around me,I don’t quite get what love really is! Is it staying when you have no reason to stay, sticking around no matter how much they push you away for you, intimacy because apparently we tend to measure love these days, by intimacy, if sex is not involved you call that pure feeling,that other person pouring themselves out for you a scam.
Do you believe in love? Personally I do actually, I believe that no one is too miserable and unfortunate not to experience it. We all have a shot at it actually, no! We have many shots at it,you just have to have a specific and straight aim.
I would write and tell you that love is the greatest feeling you can ever experience but I’m not so sure, because I’m not so sure either. We all have been hurt by this love feeling, you actually deserve better,I deserve better.
We tend to live a lie for actually a long time, claiming “he loves me”, “she loves me”. Sometimes you don’t deserve closure for getting hurt from he/she who hurt you, you actually deserve closure from you,this saying from experience.
A short story wouldn’t hurt!
So I thought I loved this guy trust me I was all in for him for years, it was all roses and daisies till I just realized that I was in it alone. My best friend advised me a lot to leave the guy that he was using me and all but I still chose to stay. We fell off and always we’d get back together till I realized that he wasn’t in love with me,he just didn’t want to lose me.
You see people think love is always staying together, a solid relationship that most people chose to make it public.
Sometimes we want to be wanted,we want to be needed but what we get is not love,maybe attention, people driven to you by lust but that is not love.
Have you realized that most young women are following the old,dad aged men!
We have forgotten what love really is, now we look where money is involved, attention is given and publicity is guaranteed, failing to see the repercussions this has.
We all want to feel something,we all want to have what we see on social media,what other have, that overwhelming love,is it really worth it? Because trust me you get with someone maybe not planning to love them but it just happens,this is what love is, unplanned unclear love doesn’t have to be perfect,love is not scripted for us to get chained to a rythm we see others follow.
Actually love is a feeling undefined in nature, abused by most and taken for granted by the majority,
Love is actually a command ment for us to share,to give, everyone deserves a shot at it. Yes we do chose whom to love but have you just randomly just felt something for some random person,not infatuation but really feeling something, a tingle and chill all through your bidy,your heart pounding at the thought and sight of them, that is love undefined, you just feel it and you’ll know.
We fail to see the light till we become blind. We are all given the ability to love trust me that feeling is worth it.
